Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $65.66

What You'll Do:

• Assist with cataract surgeries and other outpatient procedures in a busy OR setting
• Circulate and scrub on surgical cases including general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, and pain/endoscopy procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate surgical care
• Document procedures accurately within Cerner EMR system
• Support stable patient flow during scheduled days and handle emergency situations as needed

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience, ophthalmology or cataract experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
• Ability to work day shifts, including holidays as scheduled
• Reliable transportation (local candidates preferred; travel candidates must have own vehicle)
• Flexibility to work two holiday blocks if scheduled (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
