Department OperationsLevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)LocationManilaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Provide timely in-depth reports of Category performance and driversAssist in overall operational execution of category initiatives and strategiesAnalyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solutionLead business insights, data gathering, analysis and findings extraction from both internal source and seller account managers in order to support category growth plansCo-manage internal and external communications-related projects with Category ManagersWork on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient executionEfficiently organise and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up on the implementation of the meeting tasksDevelop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time managementCo-lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks with Category ManagersHelp plan and implement other category activities, responsible for conducting market research,gather intelligence and consumer behavior researchRequirements:Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience preferredWork experience in a management consulting firm or relevant fields are preferred but not a mustExperienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementationGood written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder managementSuperior analytical capabilities and writing abilities, able to maintain data confidentialityAbility to independently structure data analysis and lead problem solving for business initiativesGood team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledgeProactive and take ownership of one's workDetail-oriented, well-organized, efficient, and effectiveAdaptable, willing to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
