Senior Manager SEC Reporting - 26-00689

PR: $86/hr - $98/hr on W2 About the Role The contractor is expected to deliver in the following areas during the engagement period: Responsibilities SEC Reporting: Assist with preparation and review of Form 10-Q or 10-K filings; draft or review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A; support iXBRL/XBRL tagging and tie-out in Workiva. High Cash Flow Statement: Prepare or review the consolidated statement of cash flows (indirect method); resolve classification questions; prepare supplemental disclosure schedules. High Stock-Based Compensation: Prepare SBC journal entries, reconciliations, and rollforward schedules; review equity report data; draft ASC 718 footnote disclosures. High Goodwill & Intangibles: Support goodwill impairment analysis, intangible asset rollforwards, and related footnote disclosures under ASC 350/360. Medium Close Support: Support monthly/quarterly close tasks including journal entry review, account reconciliations, and flux analysis as needed. Medium Audit Support: Prepare PBC schedules, respond to auditor inquiries, and document key judgments and controls for quarterly reviews or annual audit. As needed Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive, hands‑on accounting experience in a public company or supporting public company clients. Demonstrated experience owning or supporting 10-K and/or 10-Q filings end to end. Required Skills Technical Accounting Knowledge: Deep command of U.S. GAAP, with hands‑on expertise in: ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation), ASC 230 (Cash Flows), ASC 350/360 (Intangibles & Goodwill). Working knowledge of SEC rules (Regulation S-X and S-K) and PCAOB standards. Systems: Workiva: experience managing SEC filing workflows, tie‑outs, and XBRL/iXBRL tagging required. NetSuite: proficient in ledger review, journal entry management, and report extraction required.
