Whitmoor Country Club Line Cook (PT)

Full Job Description:

• Essential Functions Pre-prepare items required for work station according to par sheets or instructions from Sous Chef. Prepare products assigned to his/her workstation during service. IV.

II. Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepares meats, seafoods, vegetables, and other items required for line and special function purposes.
• Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items.
• Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions.
• Cleans work station and equipment.
• Returns unused food products to proper storage areas.
• Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
• Consistently uses safe and sanitary food-handling procedures.
• Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other smallware items to the proper areas.

III. V. Reports to Sous Chef

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

• Casual dining restaurant.

Schedule:

• Day shift.
• Holidays.
• Monday to Friday.
• Night shift.
• Weekend availability.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Shift Availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: One location.
