FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full-time Front of House Supervisor Lead position at Prospect Studios, 4151 Prospect Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027. Online applications are accepted only. Pay Pay Range: $28.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour. Requirements Previous shift lead or catering captain experience is required. Previous experience with ordering, invoicing, and serving is required. Responsibilities Respond to client communication by handling catering inquiries and confirming orders. Manage order and change updates by recording client requests and keeping all details current. Maintain CaterTrax records by updating client information, inquiries, and order details. Support billing processes by assisting with event billing and payment reconciliation. Coordinate administrative tasks by processing ECOs, collaborating with Chefs, and supporting the Director of Catering. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
