Performance Test Architect

Role Description : Need a hands-on Performance Testing architect to design, build and execute Test scripts using Apache J-MeterMust Have Skills : Apache JMeterBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum 5+ years of experience across the testing and automation.Minimum 3+ years of experience using J-Meter for performing automation testingDay to day Job Responsibilitiesa Automation Testing using J-Meter for Mainframe application (BPCS & LX) web based/ other secondary customized application: Understanding Business processes, developing script, Execution, Debugging and Reportingb Should be able to understand UAT business scenarios and user stories and develop the scripts based on test cases c Run/ execute existing functional and non- functional test cases/ scriptsd Should be able to articulate and communicate with stakeholders on status reporting, issues and riskse Ensure adherence to the project testing processes and deliver as per expected quality and timelinef Understand the LX Web-application and work independently to conduct load, stress and endurance tests on the web based applications.2: Professional Experiencea Experience on J-Meter mandatoryb Experience in test management tool ALMc Proven test automation skilld Flexible in considering work assignmente Defect Tracking/ Reporting: Provide accurate and reproducible qualitative defect reporting, bug scrubs, and quality metrics with project core teamf Strong technical and non- technical communication skills both written and spokenTravel:This position requires someone who can work at client location and hence necessary travel required. Preferred location is Dallas Tx.
