Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Contract) Schedule Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 40 hours/week (5x8s), mostly Monday–Friday Every other weekend coverage No call Position Summary & Responsibilities Supervise lab staff and oversee all testing/POCT operations Ensure accuracy/validity of results and regulatory compliance Lead quality control, QA, and lab safety programs Train staff and support competency development Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in CLS/Medical Technology or related field – Required 5+ years clinical lab experience – Preferred 2+ years leadership experience – Preferred Experience with instrumentation installation/validation – Required Licensure/Certifications: ASCP or NCA Certification – Preferred Additional Information No call required Vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions may apply) #J-18808-Ljbffr
