Industrial Counter Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 to $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• This position involves a combination of sales counter responsibilities and warehouse duties
• Primary point of contact for walk-in and call-in customers, assisting with bearings and a wide range of industrial parts
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, resolving inquiries or directing calls as needed
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders from warehouse inventory
• Process invoices and complete transactions accurately
• Support daily branch operations to maintain an organized and efficient workflow

Industrial Counter Sales Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both an office/sales counter and warehouse setting
• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service
• Knowledge of industrial parts
