Lighthouse on the Lake is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher to help support a clean, efficient, and welcoming dining environment in Hendersonville, TN. Position Summary As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in maintaining sanitation and supporting the daily operations of our food service team. You’ll ensure dishware, utensils, and kitchen items are cleaned and organized promptly, helping keep service running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace, works well in a team environment, and follows established hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to established procedures Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely, monitoring water and sanitizing levels as required Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas Sort and stock clean items in the correct locations to support kitchen and service needs Assist with basic food service support tasks as needed, including bussing and light cleanup duties Required Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks on time Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures consistently Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting and cleaning tasks Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Basic communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in dishwashing, kitchen support, or a similar environment Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper dishhandling practices Experience working in a team during peak service hours Comfort with handling cleaning chemicals safely and according to label directions Compensation Weekly salary: $16.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuit Inc.
