The Smoke Shop Sales Assistant plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining an efficient, well-stocked retail environment. Working closely with a small team, this position supports daily operations by assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with age restrictions. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the assistant contributes to a smooth and welcoming store experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Handle cashier duties, including cash and electronic transactions
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and organization
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to inform customers accurately
• Ensure store cleanliness and upkeep
• Conduct age verification in compliance with legal requirements
