The Used Vehicle Sales Manager reports to the General Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

• Ensure sales goals are attained

• Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff

• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers

• Address and resolve customer concerns

What You'll Bring

• 2 or more years of experience in a Sales Manager role within a dealership

• 2 or more years previous Used Car buying, appraising/pricing

• CDK experience a plus

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
