Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location Castle Rock, CO Job Id 30579 Compensation Total compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, depending on center size and role responsibilities. Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and eligibility for long‑term equity ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Monthly performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs, and certification bonuses for therapists achieving certification under your supervision. 401(k) with company match. Your Role Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Experience supervising RBTs and managing clinical caseloads. Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams. Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
