As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE and Aerie products, educate guests on product details, and are excited to make product suggestions that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while staying within company policy, and you are a team player ready to help your colleagues. You act with integrity and always adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. Passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist teammates to get the job done and collaborate as a team player. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
