Main Requirements:
Ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations
Greet clients and ensure they feel appreciated and valued during every visit
Plan and coordinate client events, appreciation initiatives, and office visits
Maintain a polished, professional, and organized office environment
Assist with streamlining internal processes and workflows
Coordinate and track ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
Work closely with client experience team for efficiency in communication and tasks
