Labor & Employment Associate (3-6 yrs.) - SF or LA

Mid-Level Associate – Labor & Employment (SF or LA) Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in California employment litigation and bring excellent case management, research, and organizational skills. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters across both state and federal courts. Responsibilities & Expectations Manage and support employment litigation matters in California state and federal courts Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Coordinate case activities, including filings and deadlines Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage matters Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of California employment litigation experience Demonstrated experience handling matters in state and federal courts Strong academic credentials Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills Admission to the California Bar (required) Additional Information Our client is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and #J-18808-Ljbffr Permanent Placements LLC
