Daily responsibilities include the following.Report to our Romeoville warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadoutSafely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routesLoad and unload packages with care, ensuring accuracy and proper handlingDeliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate with dispatch and warehouse team members as needed throughout your shiftMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleFollow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company proceduresReturn to the Romeoville warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day proceduresRepresent Genco Delivery LLC professionally as a courier serving your communityQualificationsWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No prior delivery experience is required. Below are the qualifications for this Non CDL Delivery Driver role.Must possess a valid driver's licenseMust meet minimum age requirement of 21 (insurance requirement)Ability to lift packages up to 55 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout a full shiftComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to use a smartphone or handheld device for route navigation and delivery confirmationReliable and punctual with a professional attitudeNon CDL drivers and those new to courier or delivery work are encouraged to applyShift: 10:15 am ~ 8:30 pmWeekend availability required
