Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery – Minnesota

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Robbinsdale, Minnesota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend; no on-call requirements

Highlights:

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care across the maternal-child health spectrum including labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Utilize fetal monitoring interpretation skills and circulate for cesarean sections as part of a collaborative care team
• Work within an Epic EMR system to coordinate care and document patient outcomes
• Engage in independent and collaborative nursing functions with opportunities for shared accountability and decision-making
• Participate in defining and implementing practice standards that promote exceptional patient care and improve the care environment
• Care for diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, and adults throughout the life cycle

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
• Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Demonstrated postpartum and newborn care skills
• Fetal monitoring interpretation experience required
• Experience circulating for cesarean sections
• Experience caring for newborn, adolescent, and adult populations
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification required
• STABLE certification highly preferred
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification highly preferred
• Skills checklist current within 1 year, pertinent to specialty
• Two supervisory references with employment dates listed
