Appointment Setting Manager

Job Description

The Appointment Setting Manager will oversee a medium-sized team responsible for scheduling appointments and providing customer support. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role focuses on appointment setting with no travel requirements. The manager will ensure effective team supervision and efficient appointment scheduling to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise
Oversee appointment scheduling processes to ensure efficiency
Provide support and guidance to the team to maintain high customer service standards
Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager to align goals and performance

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in appointment setting
Proficient in appointment scheduling techniques
Experience in the Impact Window/Door & Roofing industry
