Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement Support company initiatives and execute store vision and brand expectations Participate in team training and utilize new sales technologies Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume or specialty environment Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel Capable of standing, walking, and operating a register for multiple hours Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
