Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time LTC Therapy Services at Quincy Quincy, MA $33–$36/hour Join LTC Therapy Services as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and make a meaningful difference in residents' recovery and independence. You'll work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment in a collaborative rehabilitation environment. What You'll Do Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, gait, and endurance Support residents in reaching functional goals and maximizing independence Observe progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising therapist Provide resident and caregiver education on exercises and mobility techniques Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team Why Join Our Team?
