Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will learn our full range of products, sell homes, secure contracts, and follow a proven sales process that can lead to a six‑figure income. Your role will also involve following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products to customers, and monitoring local competition. Responsibilities Learn all products and stay current on industry trends. Sell homes and secure contracts through a structured sales process. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database. Present products to customers and shop the area competition. Qualifications No new homes sales experience required; a proven track record of at least two (2) successful years in sales highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with exceptional communication abilities—both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups. Valid driver’s license and a valid Real Estate License are required.
