We're seeking an experienced Supervisor, Quality Control Analytical Chemistry Laboratory to lead our analytical chemistry team and help ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of the products we manufacture. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, solving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated laboratory environment.

What You'll Do

\n

\n

As the QC Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor, you will:

\n

\n
• Lead and develop a team of analytical chemists supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing.
\n
• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Review analytical data and laboratory documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
\n
• Support method development, method validation, and laboratory investigations.
\n
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with cGMP, GDP, GLP, FDA, USP, ICH, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
\n
• Coordinate instrument qualification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
\n
• Participate in client interactions, audits, and regulatory inspections.
\n
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
\n
• 5–7 years of pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory experience (pharmaceutical manufacturing environment strongly preferred).
\n
• Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC and other analytical instrumentation.
\n
• Experience with analytical method development and validation .
\n
• Strong understanding of cGMP , GDP , and pharmaceutical laboratory compliance.
\n
• Experience reviewing analytical data and laboratory quality documentation.
\n
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) .
\n
• Experience performing routine Quality Control analytical testing.
\n
• Experience with ELISA and biologics testing is highly desirable.
\n
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
\n
