Job Title: Transportation Scheduler

Location: Doraville GA 30360

Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type:Onsite

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Receive and coordinate vehicle requests from production and internal teams
Enter and track reservations in fleet management systems
Check vehicles in and out, ensuring accurate documentation
Communicate with mechanics and staff to align on vehicle readiness and availability
Assist with basic billing and PO tracking as needed
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure requests are completed

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in scheduling, logistics, transportation, or coordination preferred
2+ years exhibiting clear communication and data entry administration skills.
2+ years working with and supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, and customers
Comfortable using computer systems (Outlook, Excel, or similar tools)
Ability to learn internal systems quickly
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent
