Position Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and skilled at managing personal lines accounts. This role involves servicing existing accounts, handling renewals, processing policy changes, and providing clients with guidance on coverage options.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of personal lines accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations
• Handle renewals, review coverage, and present recommendations to clients
• Assist clients with claims by providing guidance and serving as a liaison with carriers
• Market and quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive coverage
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
• Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 4+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (agency/brokerage experience preferred)
• BS/ BA in Business, Insurance or related field
• Active Property & Casualty license required 
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
