We are a growing, client-focused independent insurance brokerage agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and customized insurance solutions. We take pride in building long-lasting relationships with our clients and carriers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and skilled at managing personal lines accounts. This role involves servicing existing accounts, handling renewals, processing policy changes, and providing clients with guidance on coverage options.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of personal lines accounts
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations
Handle renewals, review coverage, and present recommendations to clients
Assist clients with claims by providing guidance and serving as a liaison with carriers
Market and quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive coverage
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (agency/brokerage experience preferred)
BS/ BA in Business, Insurance or related field
Active Property & Casualty license required
Strong knowledge of personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
