Bowl Attendant

Overview At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. Daily Responsibilities Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador Promote and recommend activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability Handle lane malfunction calls and troubleshoot Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!) Process payment transactions and welcome guests back Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; complete side duties Qualifications Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!) Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
