Responsibilities St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers with expertise and a passion in the area of Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (RO-DBT). The team is committed to growth and looks to hire talent to join dedicated healthcare professionals. The practitioners benefit from independent provider status while enjoying administrative and operational support. The multidisciplinary team of 70+ colleagues shares clinical expertise for case consultation, continuing education, and program development in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment. Shift: Monday‑Friday, dayshift. Onsite work preferred. Radically‑Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program Details Applicants should have some RO‑DBT training or be in the process of training through the Blended Learning program. Candidates actively pursuing the program (but not yet begun) are eligible, provided a pending start date is available. An intensive training certificate is not required but is encouraged as part of a Specialist‑in‑Training model. Providers deliver RO‑DBT‑adherent individual sessions and may co‑facilitate adult and/or adolescent RO skill classes. Clients can carry a caseload of individual patients per week, tailored to other areas of expertise beyond RO‑DBT. Collaboration is available via weekly consultation team meetings. Compensation based on a percentage of net cash collections, allowing greater independence and potential earnings with a larger caseload. Credentialed‑eligible for managed‑care panels in Missouri; a required 90‑day wait for insurance credentialing before starting. Some RO‑DBT training or ongoing training through the RO‑DBT Blended Learning program. The ideal candidate: Passionate about RO‑DBT and its impact on patients with over‑control diagnoses.
