We are seeking a full-time, experienced Pool Chemical Technician ready to independently manage their own route using company-provided trucks and equipment. This role focuses on delivering white glove service by maintaining superior pool cleanliness and water quality. The ideal candidate will handle daily pool maintenance and cleaning of up to 40 pools per week, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain up to 40 pools weekly, ensuring optimal water quality
• Perform chemical testing and balancing for safe and clear pool water
• Manage assigned route and schedule daily pool maintenance visits
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on quality and care
• Maintain and troubleshoot pool equipment as needed
• Monitor water quality control and address any issues promptly
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize efficiency and meet service commitments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in pool maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of pool chemical balancing and water testing
• Proven customer service skills with effective communication
• Experience managing routes and scheduling efficiently
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot pool equipment
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities
