Shift & Schedule Office Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5pm Every other Saturday 9 am - 2 pm Requirements Previous dental office or front desk experience preferred. Preferences Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 1+ years of practice Job Description Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions and concerns. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information. Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits. Collect co-pays, balances, and other patient payments. Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-up visits. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and financial information. Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to maintain efficient patient flow. Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled or incomplete treatment when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
