This role is primarily a remote position, allowing flexibility in your working hours while also maintaining access to our outpatient office for necessary meetings, collaboration, and training. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and licensed social workers, fostering a culture of shared learning and interdisciplinary support.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Design individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Document client progress meticulously through treatment plans, progress notes, and other records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on current best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and actively participate in case consultations to foster holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality, upholding both legal regulations and the organization’s policies to ensure client trust and security.

As an LMFT at Peaceful Perspective Life Coaching Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing personal challenges, couples seeking to enhance their relationship dynamics, and families navigating complex life transitions. Our clients include those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and familial discord. Your role will directly influence the quality of life and relational health of clients, making a significant impact within the community you serve.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of New York.
\n
• At least one year of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on working in mental health therapy.

• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively.

• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Peaceful Perspective Life Coaching Center offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
