MRI Technologist

Location: Augusta, GA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description: The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams while ensuring patient care and safety. This role requires expertise in operating MRI equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and effectively communicating with patients throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans as per physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in MRI.
• Proven experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
