Duties
Assist in working with school health teams to plan, develop and implement comprehensive school health programs that meet the needs of public and BIA schools.
Assist in designing and implementing school health program evaluation and promote the safety of participants. Assists coordinator with evaluation of School Health Programs by assessing student and staff satisfaction, attitude and behavioral changes, adoption of health education including evaluation and teacher training needs.
Assist with developing culturally relevant education materials to inform students about health promotion and disease prevention, determining needs by student grade level.
Assist with coordination and evaluation of Sports, Play and Active Recreation for Kids (SPARKS) encompassing school administration support.
