What You’ll Do Sling craft cocktails, local brews, and wine with style. Serve bar and table guests while maintaining fast drink production. Keep your cool in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting. Smile through the chaos and be part of a genuinely fun team. Multitask efficiently to keep the flow moving. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of bartending experience in a full‑bar setting. Must be 21 with reliable transportation. Someone who loves hospitality and takes pride in their craft. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork‑driven. Pay & Legal Disclosures Base pay: $11.79/hour (Colorado minimum for tipped employees). Average earnings with tips: $25–$40/hour. Position is tipped. Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and advancement. Paid leave (Colorado HFWA compliance): Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
