What You’ll Do

• Design, architect, and deploy AI-powered workflow automation solutions tailored to customer needs using Atomicwork’s platform and modern AI frameworks.
• Conduct deep requirements discovery and translate business problems into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Work hands-on with enterprise customers, becoming a trusted advisor for ITSM + AI-driven transformation.
• Implement integrations, automations, APIs, and microservices to connect Atomicwork within customer environments.
• Lead deployment cycles from prototype to production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
• Train and onboard customer technical teams , ensuring best-practice configuration and adoption.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with customer engineering and operations teams to drive solution success.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering, contributing insights from real customer use cases to influence roadmap decisions.
• Champion AI adoption and workflow automation, driving business transformation and operational efficiency.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly through documentation, demos, and conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Strong engineering and technical foundations with hands-on experience building and deploying solutions.
• Experience with backend development using Python, JavaScript, or similar , including APIs and systems integration.
• Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or automation technologies (experience taking solutions live in production is a big plus).
• Experience working in startups or high-ownership environments — startup DNA is a must .
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset .
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills—confidence interacting with leadership and technical teams.
