Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure - Los Angeles/Inland Empire

Abbott seeks a Clinical Specialist for vessel closure devices in Los Angeles to support the Vascular division. The role involves case planning, clinical education, and product demonstrations for electrophysiologists and interventional cardiologists in hospital settings. Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and case support coverage for vessel closure procedures in hospital settings
• Educate customers on clinical usage and benefits of vascular products through presentations and demonstrations
• Attend cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, and operating room procedures to support product success
• Develop relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key decision makers to identify clinical needs
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions with sales, marketing, and product development teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience combination
• 2-5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region
• Patient interaction experience in lab or operating room environment (preferred)
• Relevant technical certification (preferred)

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
