Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards Maintain food quality, consistency, and ticket times during high-volume service Assist with prep work, station setup, and kitchen organization Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts Communicate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams Assist with receiving, stocking, and proper storage of food products Support beach club, poolside, and restaurant food operations as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant, resort, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Why Join The Luce Hotel?
