Dispatcher/CSR

Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and support customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Order parts and make sure all warranty claims are answered

Maintain organized office systems, new systems implementations and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Experience in office management, dispatch, or car is a plus.

Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or CRM systems).

Experience with Service Titan
