Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to support our Manufacturing & Production operations in Milbank, SD. In this role, you will operate and monitor whey processing, filtration, and drying equipment to safely convert liquid whey into high-quality ingredients. Responsibilities include following production schedules, adjusting process parameters, completing quality checks, and maintaining detailed records. You’ll uphold strict safety, GMP, and sanitation standards while collaborating with cheesemaking, quality, and maintenance teams.
