Job Skills and Requirements Guest Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courtesy and quick service will help get repeat customers by building trust in the brand. Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, excellent guest service and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor, food cost, and other profitability targets. Follow and implement restaurant policies, operational procedures and food‑safety procedures effectively by holding the team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors. Understand the financial reporting process and have the financial acumen to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business. A basic understanding of computers and Microsoft Office. Results‑driven with 3+ years of leadership experience as a high‑caliber General Manager in a food‑service location. A genuine smile and positive "can‑do" attitude. Physical Requirements Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job. Walks at a fast pace during shifts. Bends, reaches and stoops. Lift / carry 10 lbs. or less constantly; 11–20 lbs. frequently; 21–50 lbs. occasionally; 51–100 lbs. rarely. Shifts vary with a rotating schedule. Shifts will range from 8 to 12 hours. We work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The typical work week is 50 hours.
