The Front Desk 2nd Shift position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth guest experiences by managing check-ins, reservations, and customer interactions during the evening hours. This role supports a small team of 1-3 people and reports directly to the Manager or Supervisor. Employees will balance various tasks including administrative responsibilities and direct customer engagement, playing a key part in maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
• Handle reservation management and updates
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Perform cashiering duties accurately
• Assist customers with inquiries and requests
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously
• Maintain clear and effective communication within the team
