What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monthly leasing commissions Flexible part-time schedule Growth opportunities within a growing property management company Supportive team environment What You'll Be Doing Welcome and assist prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong lead pipeline Process applications and prepare lease documentation Assist with resident relations and customer service needs Ensure model apartments and common areas are presentation-ready Support community marketing efforts and resident events Maintain accurate resident and prospect records What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Strong customer service and sales skills required Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Experience with Entrata is a plus Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram marketing is helpful Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Available to work Saturdays Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Why The Shoals at Chickamauga Lake?
