Loving Air is a locally owned, family-run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith-based organizations in our community. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats customers like neighbors because that's exactly what they are.


This is a role for technicians who already know the field and want to work somewhere they're respected, supported, and appreciated.


Duties And Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Clearly explain options and solutions to homeowners
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Deliver a level of service that earns online reviews
• Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins

Schedule

• MondayFriday schedule
• 8:00 AM first appointments
• Rotating on-call shifts
• Extended hours during peak weather when needed

Requirements

• EPA 608 Certification
• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequently standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Regular work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heat, and cold
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs
• Work around moving mechanical parts, electrical components, and HVAC equipment
• Moderate to high noise environments
