Project Engineer, Staff / Secret Clearance / Onsite: Ft Worth, TX

Description: You will be a Project Engineer for supporting Advanced Development Programs (ADP) you will be responsible for coordinating across engineering teams, ensuring program requirements are met, and delivering project development and process improvements.
Own daytoday engineering execution for assigned programs, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule targets are met.
Identify issues, risks, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage technical challenges.
Brief Leadership on projects and contract performance Status.
Travel to government sites to oversee site survey's and customer interactions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering or alternative Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree
Prior technical project leadership experience
Experience developing and managing project/program schedules (Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar)
Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Already holds minimum of Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Coordination with Classified IT, Cyber and Government Sites for deployment of Infrastructure and Govt locations before
EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and/or CAM (Control Account Management) experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Experience with Risk and Opportunity management and systems such as ROADS
Experience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), OpenPlan and Tableau
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
