Licensed Counselor/clinical supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Counselor/Clinical Supervisor to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is responsible for providing counseling services to clients, training and mentoring clinicians, and delivering clinical supervision in accordance with state licensing requirements. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, leadership, and supporting the professional development of our team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

● Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling.

● Train, mentor, and supervise associate-level clinicians.

● Complete assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation.

● Review documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

● Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

● Active, unrestricted state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

● Approved to provide clinical supervision under state licensing requirements.

● Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
