When I opened Neighborhood Veterinary Care in 2020, my vision wasn't simply to build another veterinary hospital. Today, I'm incredibly proud of the culture we've built.

As we've continued to grow, I've realized it's time to bring in another leader, not simply another veterinarian.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree

• Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Utah

• Has leadership experience—or is ready to take that next step

• Enjoys mentoring and developing people

• Communicates with confidence, kindness, and professionalism

• Makes thoughtful decisions while remaining approachable
