This full-time position is based in Astoria, NY, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 04:30 pm, and includes some weekend rotation and on-call nights. The role demands strong leadership to enhance client outcomes and compliance with healthcare standards. Qualification Requirements Active Advanced or Master CASAC certification in New York State required. Advanced or Master Level CASAC required. Experience in residential treatment preferred. Supervisory experience in a substance use treatment setting preferred. Experience required Experience in a clinical supervisory role or as an assistant director in a residential setting. Knowledge of OASAS regulations and clinical documentation standards. Experience working with diverse populations, including justice-involved individuals, preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
