How You'll Make Every Member Interaction Count (Job Duties) Provide high-level customer service to internal and external members regarding health plan inquiries Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolving issues efficiently and accurately Document member interactions and inquiries within the Facets system with accuracy and detail Direct claims-related calls to appropriate departments, such as UMR or Medicare Supplement Claims Respond to and resolve billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner Identify, report, and escalation system issues as needed Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining service quality standards Support ongoing improvement of member experience through effective communication and follow-through Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
