Job Title Pest Control Technician Responsibilities Spend your day traveling to appointments and meeting with customers to assess pest problems in and around homes and workplaces. Execute specialized treatment plans and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues. Build long‑term relationships with customers through honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service. Qualifications The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and operate around furniture and equipment. The ability to safely lift and move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions. Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, etc. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension of English. Good oral and written communication skills. Solid attention to detail. Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Availability to work a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.). High school diploma or equivalent.
