Cobblestone Creek Country Club Full-Time Line CookCobblestone Creek Country Club, located in Victor, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience Key Responsibilities:Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.Expedites orders in a timely manner.Practices excellent operational sanitation.Executes scheduled banquet functions.Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.Helps reduce loss/waste.Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.Actively participates in training efforts.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Attends staff meetings.Checks and dates all deliveries received and report any variances to chef in charge.Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned on a daily basis.Processes inventory requisitions and receives supplies as necessary for quality production.Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans.Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.Minimum Qualifications:Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of Culinary Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Serv Safe Certified preferred.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteriaEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
