Registered Nurse - Level II Trauma Center Location City, FL 34209 Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM, expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide essential care in a Level II Trauma Center, ensuring high patient standards and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver superior care services. The role requires adherence to facility policies and active participation in weekend and holiday schedules. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders. Monitor patient health and progress; document findings in patient records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the facility. Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Experience in a trauma or acute care setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
