• License/Certs: Current RN license in Louisiana; BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, Epic documentation skills
• Preferred: Specialty certifications in critical care

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized ICU nursing care to adult patients
• Adapt communication to meet diverse patient needs, ensuring privacy and respecting patient rights
• Implement and manage individual patient care plans using the Nursing Process
• Educate patients and families about treatments and health management
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate outcomes and promote continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
• Document care accurately in Epic and other electronic health records

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic documentation

• Certification in critical care specialty areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands
